A dining room built around a stone feature wall and a mixed-metal palette, brass and gunmetal reading as siblings, not twins.

The approach
Built the room around a stone feature wall, then mixed brass and gunmetal on purpose so the metals read as a considered family rather than a mismatch. Round upholstered chairs softened all the hard surfaces.
The outcome
A dining room with a center of gravity, the room you linger in after the plates are cleared.
