The brief
A working studio with one big blank wall that flattened the whole room in photos. The ask was a single focal surface with depth and movement, something that felt made, not bought, and could hold its own behind heavy vintage furniture.
Wall Installation
A hand-troweled plaster feature wall in storm-teal, rust, and bone, an abstract finish built up in layers so a working studio gets one quiet, weather-like focal point.

The brief
A working studio with one big blank wall that flattened the whole room in photos. The ask was a single focal surface with depth and movement, something that felt made, not bought, and could hold its own behind heavy vintage furniture.
The approach
Built the finish up by hand in layers, storm-teal worked through with rust and bone so the wall reads like weather, never flat. Kept everything else in the room warm and low so the plaster stays the one thing your eye lands on.
The outcome
A cognac leather chair and a single framed print are all the wall needs, the surface does the rest. One quiet, weather-like focal point that makes the whole studio photograph deeper.
