Galentine's Day.

A Galentine's Day party in blush, red, and rose-gold, a sequin-and-velvet lounge, a beauty bar, message macarons, a punch bar, and a dramatic candlelit table under a crystal chandelier.

A lounge vignette, a gold sequin heart pillow and plum throw on a grey chair beside a marble console with a cupcake tier and a 'Love Spout' sign under a rose-gold 'Galentine's' banner.

The brief

A girls' Galentine's celebration that was playful and a little extra.

The approach

Mixed rose-gold sequins, plum velvet, and red roses across a lounge and a long dining table, then added the fun: a beauty bar with polish and masks, macarons printed with messages, strawberry-rimmed margaritas, and tongue-in-cheek signage.

The outcome

A two-zone party, lounge and table, that gave the group both a photo corner and a sit-down dinner under the chandelier.

The day, styled

8 moments

The gals at the table, seen from the balcony: heart place settings, candles down the runner, everyone mid-conversation.
A Galentine's table under a crystal chandelier, heart place settings, taper and pillar candles, and a gauzy runner, framed by houndstooth wingbacks.
A tiered stand of pastel macarons printed with messages, over a brownie base on a glittered cloth scattered with rose quartz.
A 'Beauty Bar' station with nail polishes, face masks, and skincare arranged with white florals beneath a trailing greenery wall.
A drinks bar with a punch dispenser, strawberry-rimmed margarita glasses, red roses, and a 'Stop and Smell the Roses' sign.
An overhead view of the dining table, heart chargers, blush runner, and candle line running its length in the double-height room.
Glasses raised: the whole table toasting up at the camera from the double-height dining room.
